Occupational Health Nurse

As a Female Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who has previously worked as an Industrial or Occupational health nurse in Greater Noida, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist the Physician with the management of cases and act as the first point of contact for patients. You will triage incoming cases based on the level of complexity and urgency of the request. - Schedule patient calls with the appropriate team members and ensure efficient management of incoming questions or requests from existing patients. - Provide patient advocacy services to ensure optimal outcomes. - Consolidate suggestions for the addition of new specialists to the network provider list after positive experiences with firm clinicians. This will involve further vetting, credentialing, and network addition. - Research medical conditions to help patients understand their medical situation and arrange medical record reviews. - Facilitate medical appointments and responses from medical providers. - Provide advice and guidance on hospital transfers, utilizing the Clients emergency response vendor for necessary logistics. You will also assist with hospital discharge planning. - Assist the Physician with administrative documentation. - Handle administrative patient intake responsibilities, including ensuring participant consent has been signed and documented. This includes disclaimers regarding the responsibility of the employee/patient to verify their healthcare benefits coverage, eligibility, insurer network, etc. - Ensure that case documentation is completed, and that policies and protocols are in place and updated accordingly. - Assist as necessary with awareness drives and related presentations regarding services. - Manage all relevant aspects of patient clinical records, including filing, archiving, etc. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above, the job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
