Job Description Associate Consultant/Consultant Position Associate Consultant-Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Infertility & IVF) Reporting To Director Location Sector-27, Gurgaon, Minimum Qualification MBBS, MS(O&G)/MD(O&G)/DGO/DNB Work Experience Some experience in Infertility (IVF) practice or has a desire to learn infertility practice. Compensation commensurate with experience. Working Days & Hours 6 Days working, Daily working hours from 9:30 AM to 6.00 PM. Ability to commute/relocate Gurgaon. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Responding to patients medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, and counseling. 2. Performing examinations on patients to diagnose various gynecological conditions. 3. Examining patients' reproductive organs and gauging their fertility. 4. Performing physical examinations and laboratory tests. 5. Reviewing patients' individual and family histories. 6. Prescribing various treatments and medical procedures. 7. Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports. 8. Explaining test results, diagnoses, and treatment options to patients. 9. Coordinating with Embryology Team for Desirable Success Rates. 10. Conducting intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization. 11. Educating patients on reproductive health issues and disease prevention. 12. Providing lifestyle and medical recommendations to complement treatment. Desired Candidate Profile A compassionate and empathetic personality. Strong organizational qualities. To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary) 7. To ensure that the wards / O.T. rooms have equipment / facilities necessary for rendering patient care 8. To supervise all nursing / para medical and non medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the departments. 9. To select type and nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured. 10.To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. 11.To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. 12.To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. 13.To Comply with patient safety policy.
