• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O9 Solutions.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take responsibility for critical team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional decisions.
• Provide problem-solving support across teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have:
• Proficiency in O9 Solutions with at least 7.5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience integrating applications with existing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Network Analysis (NA).

• This position is based in Pune, India.
