As an Application Developer at O9 Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business process and application requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative solutions and ensure that applications are in line with business objectives. This role will require problem-solving skills, involvement in key decisions, and timely delivery of high-quality applications. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for O9 Solutions, collaborating with and managing the team to achieve project goals. Taking responsibility for critical team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams, contribute to cross-functional decisions, and provide problem-solving support across teams. Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions will also be part of your responsibilities to enhance team capabilities while monitoring project progress and ensuring the timely delivery of features. In terms of professional and technical skills, the must-have requirements include proficiency in O9 Solutions with a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of application development methodologies, experience in integrating applications with existing systems, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, and familiarity with agile development practices. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of Network Analysis (NA). This position is based in Pune, India, and requires 15 years of full-time education.,
