As an ECM Staff 2-4 Consultant at EY, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in web content management, particularly Microsoft Office 365, as part of the Enterprise Content Management team. Your role will involve contributing to the development and implementation of O365 solutions for clients across regions, thereby playing a crucial part in the growth of our service offerings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce high-quality solution or infrastructure deliverables within project timelines and specifications, utilizing strong coding and programming skills - Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process, contributing to moderately complex aspects of projects - Ensure adherence to relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs - Possess strong analytical and communication skills with a keen drive for learning and adaptation **Skills and Attributes:** - 3+ years of experience in developing Office 365/SharePoint based implementations - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns - Experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate - Strong technical skills in Azure, SharePoint SPFx, Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, and various tools for client-side solutions within Office 365 - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Blob, Event Hub, Azure SQL, and Azure Logic App - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Knockout JS, React JS, and AngularJS, CSS, Ajax, jQuery - Familiarity with Agile methodology development - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to collaborate and work in a supportive manner **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline - A minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm - Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred **Soft Skills:** - Excellent Communication Skills - Team Player - Self-starter and highly motivated - Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced situations - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams In addition to the above, EY offers a supportive and engaging work environment where you'll have the opportunity to work on inspiring projects and receive coaching and feedback from experienced colleagues.
