About The Role

Leads programs to develop, maintain and govern M365 platform services.

Leads technical and business discussions relative to future enterprise direction.

Works with and guides team in daily operations activities.

Researches and guides the configuration and best practices of:

Exchange Online

Exchange On-Premise

Teams

Linux SMTP relay Infrastructure

Looks for opportunities to streamline and automate business and technical processes within the M365 Services.

Provides technical guidance and implementation for overall security of M365 implementation.

Guides and trains junior members in day-to-day procedures as necessary.

Documents and communicates solutions.

Should have good Powershell scripting knowledge and skills.

Provides strategic consulting to business and IT leaders.

Works with business leaders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
