Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of all invoices and credits according to client terms. You must introduce proper control checks to minimize errors and ensure accuracy. Your role will involve being process-oriented with a strong understanding of financial and operational controls, along with the ability to handle large amounts of data and compile detailed reports. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and billing operations, and the ability to interpret complex processes, policies, and financial/legal documents. Key Responsibilities: - Implement written policies and procedures governing billing operations. - Consult on the implementation of new billing systems or integration of changes to existing systems. - Prepare financial and statistical reports. - Reconcile financial information, files, and records to ensure accuracy. - Monitor and correct data incongruences that could impact billing operations. - Perform any other related billing operations tasks as requested. - Manage process-related SLAs and KPIs. - Report any non-compliance issues to the Manager. - Proactively resolve any foreseen issues impacting KPIs and overall billing. - Manage existing controls according to SOX compliance and introduce related business controls for audits. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in billing with excellent communication skills. - Experience in international O2C billing is a must; other billing experiences will not be considered.
