Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in core O2C billing, any other O2C experience will not be considered.

Prior experience in Invoicing roles with hands on

billing application knowledge.

Proficiency in multiple ERP systems like Oracle,

SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Service Now etc.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel

and MS Word.

Experience in auditing processes, financial information and systems.
Experience with tools such as SQL.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper control checks are introduced, so that errors are minimized/eliminated.
Process orientated with an understanding of both financial and operational controls and

possess the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports

Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing operations.
Ability to interpret complex processes, policies and financial and legal documents.
Accountable for reconciling financial information, files and records to ensure the availability

and accuracy of the information.

Implement written policies and procedures that govern billing operations.
Consults on the implementation of new billing systems and/or integration of changes to

existing billing system.

Prepare financial and statistical reports.
Accountable for any collection matters raised by management.
Monitors and corrects data incongruences that could directly impact the quality and billing

operations processes.

Ensures that system wide reconciliations and assurance checks are carried out accurately and

timeously.

Performs any other related billing operations tasks as requested by management.
Manages the process related SLAs and KPIs
To report any non-compliance issues to the Manager so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
Proactive resolution of any foreseen issues that can impact the KPIs and the overall billing
Manage existing controls as per SOX compliances and introduce related business controls to manage the audits.
