Job Description

Overall Exp- 3 – 6 years

Mandatory skills- NX and SolidWorks Integration with 3DEXPERIENCE

Any domain specific-PLM

Qualification criteria- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Work location- Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions between Siemens NX and 3DEXPERIENCE using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to support CAD data exchange, BOM synchronization, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with PLM architects, CAD engineers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and optimize 3DEXPERIENCE platform modules (e.g., ENOVIA, CATIA integration) to support NX workflows.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security protocols, and industry standards.
  • Document integration architecture, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of integrated systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in PLM/CAD integration, specifically with Siemens NX and 3DEXPERIENCE.
  • Strong understanding of NX data structures, CAD file formats, and PLM workflows.
  • Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform configuration, including ENOVIA and CATIA integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) and API development (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with middleware tools like TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or custom integration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
