This role involves researching and documenting the nutritional value of seafood and dry fish products listed on our platform. Your research will help educate customers about the health benefits of each product. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to gather nutritional data (calories, protein, fat, etc.) for seafood and dry fish items. Format and summarize information for product listings and blogs. Coordinate with the content and digital team. Ensure scientific accuracy and proper referencing of data. Provide regular updates on progress. Requirements: Background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, or related fields. Strong research and data organization skills. Familiarity with nutrition databases is a plus. Good English communication and writing skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
