Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Nursing Supervisor - Home Healthcare. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home healthcare services, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, providing critical care as needed, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Nursing Supervisor will also liaise with patients' families to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Nursing Management skills and experience
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Nursing
• Knowledge and experience in Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent Patient Care skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Experience in home healthcare setting is preferred
