Candidate Requirements
>GNM/BSc Nursing with valid registration
> 3+ years experience in nursing (Critical Care experience preferred).> Strong coordination and leadership skills.> Willingness to travel for patient assessments, training & supervision.> Supervise and guide field nurses & caregivers.> Conduct patient evaluations and implement care plans.> Ensure clinical quality and protocol adherence.> Support critical care setup and nursing at home.> Hiring Nursing staff, GDA, and freelancers partnership with vendors> Field visit for partnership with Skill academy’s and skill development organizations to build networks with institutions through in-person meetings (felid Visits) and Calling>Maintain well-organized employee records for GDA, nursing staff, and freelancers, and track their performance.>Ensure proper execution of organizational policies and procedures.> Collaborate with the operations team.>Stay informed on healthcare regulations and provide training to new hires.
