Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the nursing department.
Plan, organize, and manage nursing operations and patient care programs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Implement nursing protocols and best practices.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and infection control.
Collaborate with medical teams for seamless patient care.
Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks.
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions among the nursing staff.
Manage resources and ensure adequate supply of medical materials and equipment.
Participate in hospital administration meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
