Job Title: Nursing Recruiter – GCC Hiring

Job Description:

Future Connect is looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare hiring, and will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding qualified nursing candidates for GCC countries.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for nursing positions across GCC.

Build and maintain strong ties with nursing colleges, placement cells, and training institutes.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract the best nursing talent.

Coordinate with management and candidates to ensure smooth placement.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment preferred).

Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines.
