Nursing Principal

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Principal of our Nursing College. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and clinicalbackground in nursing, excellent leadership and management skills, and a passion forshaping the next generation of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities:

-Provide strategic leadership and vision for the nursing college

- Oversee the development and implementation of nursing programs and curricula

- Lead and manage a team of faculty members and staff

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare industry partners andstakeholders

- Ensure compliance with RGUHS norms and regulations

- Manage budgets and resources effectively

- Promote research and scholarship among faculty and students

- Engage in fundraising and development activities to support the college's mission

Requirements:

- (Nursing) with Ph.D. in Nursing

- Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing education and administration

- Strong academic and clinical background in nursing

- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills

- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions

- Strong network and relationships with healthcare industry partners and stakeholders

- Familiarity with RGUHS norms and regulations

- Experience with budget management and resource allocation

- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
