Role Description

Nursing Lecturer

The Nursing Lecturer will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering lectures in nursing and related subjects.
• Developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and creating teaching materials.
• Assessing student performance, conducting evaluations, and providing academic support.
• Mentoring and guiding students in both academic and clinical aspects.
• Collaborating with fellow faculty members to maintain academic standards.
• Staying updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in nursing education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  Curriculum Development

  and

  Nursing Education

  .
• Experience and expertise in

  Nursing, Medicine, and Clinical Practice

  .
• Knowledge of

  Critical Care, Community Health, and Specialized Nursing fields

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.

• Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing)

  or related field (preferred).
• Prior

  college-level teaching experience

  is an advantage.
