Nursing incharge/Supervisor

As an Incharge and Supervisor in the sub departments of Ward/OT/ICU/Dialysis with a qualification of GNM/BSC and a minimum experience of 10 years, your role is crucial in ensuring the adherence to organization core values and maintaining quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Developing short and long-term goals and objectives for the unit - Accepting accountability for services provided and ensuring direct nursing care to patients - Collaborating with the team to deliver professional nursing care when required - Promoting a positive working relationship among nursing personnel, medical staff, and other hospital employees - Role modeling customer-friendly service to the staff - Providing clinical and administrative support to all units/departments in the hospital after hours - Maintaining effective communication and participating in nursing policy formulation - Enforcing discipline within the unit In terms of patient management, you will be responsible for: - Evaluating the quality and appropriateness of nursing care, including documentation, and making necessary changes - Conducting daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service/quality issues - Taking reports on various aspects such as untoward incidences, patient and nursing staff numbers in each shift, admissions/discharge/transfers, vacant beds, VIP patients, critical patients, etc. - Ensuring proper handling of TPA/Corporate patient reports and obtaining clearances for major surgeries This full-time, permanent role offers benefits like health insurance and provident fund.
