The NRI Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and promoting Casagrand properties to NRIs. The role will involve meeting sales targets, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in real estate sales, particularly with NRI clients Proficiency in market research and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate market in India, especially in Chennai Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
