* Extensive experience in the telecom industry having 15-20+ years.
Expertise in current and legacy mobile technologies (e.g., 5G, 4G, VoLTE, 3G & 2G).
* Proficiency in skill sets like high end planning, design and optimization work in RAN RF,TX/IP, core sub domains
* Proven track record in managing large scale NPO projects & transitions. Extensive exposure required in planning/Parameter/Performance/Optimization/Transmission /IP activities
* Multi-vendor exp preferred with Nokia tool expertise as mandatory skillset (Other OEM Ericsson/Huawei/Samsung etc). Experience required in at least couple of OEM product lines
* Digitization & Automation Very strong experience in automating /showcasing AI Use Cases pertaining to NPO projects.(skills- Kafka Kubernetes/Python etc). Need to come up with used cases implemented
* RFP handling Need to have strong experience in developing solutions for NPO related RFPs. Need to demonstrate for a sample RFP at the point of interview
* Ability to engage with client stake holders.
