Role & responsibilities

Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present design concepts to peers and management in a professional and effective way. Youll be presenting at executive-level meetings, so the successful candidate must be able to succinctly present progress on large cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities while staying a team player.
Self-confident yet humble, with a high degree of value on integrity
An intense desire to win; track record of success and losses that have proven to be learning experiences that have/can be leveraged
Organization is very important as many of the business processes create a lot of data that needs to be analyzed and processed.
Strong skills and experiences in problem solving, time and priority management, communication, and project management.
Ability to act in their area of expertise and peer to a well-qualified team is highly desired, including actively participating in design reviews with peers and Product Management.

Mandatory skills and experience required to perform the job:

Skills in Excel, SAP, PLM Systems, BOM Management Systems, Access, QuickBase, Matlab, etc. is a big plus
Proficient in 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing using Creo & Nx
Precise attention to detail components positions and content (compare SAP BoM to CAD)
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of MS office tools
Shows attention to detail and exhibits high quality standards in engineering documentation
