1. Checking Design of Automotive Electrical / Electronic parts
2. Ensure the DFMEA & PFMEA for Automotive Electrical & Electronics parts
3. Verification and validation of Proto build for Automotive Electrical & Electronics parts.
4. Verify & validate the manufacturing process of Automotive Electrical & Electronics parts.
5. Use Quality tools or other inspection techniques. Capture and analyze the data. Generate reports / results for the Management Review.
1. BE / B. Tech Electrical / Electronics /ENTC / Instrumentation with 4 years' experience in NPD Quality or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics /ENTC / Instrumentation with 5+ years of experince.
2. Experience in NPD Process for Automotive Electronics / Electrical parts.
3. Hands on Knowledge of Quality tools like PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, why Why Analysis.
4. Good knowledge of Electrical / Electronic components manufacturing processes.
5. Good ISO Standards knowledge.
