We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NPD Manager with a strong background in plastic injection moulding. The candidate will lead the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs, quality standards, and production feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire new product development process for plastic household items. Coordinate with R&D, design, mould making, and production teams to bring new ideas to life. Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and tooling feasibility. Manage and monitor mould development with internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends. Develop project timelines and ensure timely execution of product launches. Conduct testing, validation, and improvement iterations based on feedback and trials. Maintain detailed documentation for each project including BOM, specifications, and project reports. Monitor cost, quality, and delivery of new products. Drive continuous improvement in existing products and processes. Required Skills Minimum 5–6 years of experience in NPD or product engineering in injection moulding industry. Strong knowledge of plastic materials, injection moulding machines, and tooling (moulds). Experience in household plastic product design and development is highly preferred. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
