NPD Intern

Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer Engineering
Location: Kalyan Nagar
Department: R&D / Product Development
Employment Type: Full-time / Internship (Final Year / Fresher)

Qualification:

• Final year or fresher – BE/BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Research and Benchmarking
• Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor products, and user needs to support product design and innovation.
• Support Prototyping and Testing Activities
• Assist in creating product prototypes using compression and extrusion moulds.
• Participate in product testing and document results for refinement and development decisions.
• Coordinate Cross-functional Communication
• Prepare presentations, update project trackers, and facilitate communication between R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
• Product Database Creation
• Create and maintain a database for the existing product portfolio.
• Assist with CAD Work
• Support in performing basic CAD design and modifications as required.
• Project Execution & Reporting
• Assist in completing assigned project work and regularly report progress to supervisors.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of product design and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
