As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include vendor enrolment with due compliance with KYC documentation, reference check, and internal audit approval for all locations including India, Singapore, and USA. You will be responsible for monthly Indian Bank Reconciliation, including FDs and accrued interest. Additionally, you will follow the India month close process, record accounting entries, manage intercompany invoices, upload TB on OneStream, and handle transactions as part of period close activities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with updating the Fixed Asset Register on ERP, managing CWIP, FAR, Depreciation, and asset retirement. Your role will also involve preparing schedules for Audit and resolving queries related to vendor management and asset management. You will also be responsible for monthly and annually filing of GST Returns, including reconciliation on Clear Tax. The successful candidate will have experience in GST Returns, including reconciliation, and working with ERP/OneStream.
