Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to handle back-office operations, data processing, email/chat support, and customer service tasks without voice interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (written), analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle chat and email-based customer support.
  • Process data entry, data verification, and documentation tasks accurately.
  • Manage customer queries and requests through non-voice channels.
  • Maintain records, update internal databases, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and performance targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,507.14 - ₹21,627.42 per month
