Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Handle data entry, data validation, and documentation tasks with high accuracy.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Process orders, requests, refunds, or technical issues based on company guidelines.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet performance metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports as required
  • Age criteria : 18 to 29 years
  • Required experience : freshers to 2 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
