Non-Litigation Lead (Regional)

As a Non Litigation Lead in the North Region, you will be responsible for conducting property due diligence and handling end-to-end documentation required for the acquisition of properties. Your role will involve applying structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization, including due diligence of lands and structuring of acquisitions. You will lead initiatives to implement best-in-class systems and processes to enhance team performance. Your leadership will be crucial in directing and guiding a team of executives to ensure 100% on-time and high-quality support across multiple divisions. Additionally, you will be involved in vetting various documents such as Agreements for Sale, Leave & License Agreements, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Deeds of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreements, Deeds of Gift, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, and other documents related to property acquisitions. Your interactions will include collaboration with law firms, advocates, solicitors, business development teams, and developers. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: LLB - Work Experience: Minimum of 14 years in a Real Estate Company/Retail, with experience in handling matters related to property laws, including revenue-related proceedings, Title searches, etc. Special Requirements: - Excellent Commercial drafting skills are a must. - Sound knowledge of Property Laws, especially in North India. - Proficiency in court procedures, negotiating, communicating, and engaging with developers and lawyers. - Familiarity with revenue records and their interpretation.
