Role Overview: As a US Non-IT Recruiter, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency in various recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting tools. - Comprehend technical requirements and timely submit consultant profiles. - Utilize strong negotiating skills for finalizing rates/salaries with candidates. - Work effectively as a team player, screening candidates, maintaining, and expanding the candidate database. - Stay updated on the latest trends in the Non-IT (Manufacturing & Transportation) industry.
