Non IT Recruitment - Lateral hiring

You are a dynamic and experienced Lead Specialist Talent Acquisition sought to join a team in Pune. Your responsibilities will involve managing lateral recruitment across various business units, collaborating with stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, sourcing and assessing candidates, ensuring a professional candidate experience, providing recruitment progress updates, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, analyzing recruitment data, driving employer branding initiatives, and supporting talent pipelining efforts. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 5 years of lateral recruitment experience with a focus on end-to-end hiring, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a track record in stakeholder engagement and expectation management, strong team management abilities, proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in IT/Technology/Consulting domains, prior involvement in a large-scale recruitment setup or matrix organization, and a commitment to full-time, permanent employment.
