Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non IT & IT Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assisting in the hiring process for both IT and non-IT roles. This involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role also includes extending offer letters and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills
• IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a recruitment/staffing firm is a plus
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
