Job Description

What you will be doing at BEAN HR CONSULTING

Experience in end-to-end recruitment life Cycle Screening, Sourcing, Interviewing, Selection and On-boarding.
Hand on experience in working on Permanent / Contractual staffing requirements.
Sourcing profiles from various Job Boards like: Job Portals (Naukri, Monster & Times Job), referrals, LinkedIn, and other social media and professional Networks, depending on day-to-day client requirements.
Screening resumes, calling eligible candidates, and collecting required information.
Responsible to source, screen, interview, and evaluate all levels of candidates for various positions whether IT / Non-IT.
Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and is in line with the Job & Client Requirement
Scheduling shortlist candidates for interview with clients (Direct/Telephonic/Video call)

• Responsible for Negotiating on offer with selected (As per client demand)

Regular follow ups with offered candidate until on-boarding.

• Posting jobs on Job portals along with social media.

Maintain & update MIS to provide timely information to management.
Should have knowledge of working on MS Word and Excel Softwares

• 1-5 years of relevant industry experience • Extensive understanding of Recruitment process • Excellent communication skills
