**Job Description:** You will be working in the area of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. Your responsibilities will include developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. Your work will require original thought, judgment, and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Additionally, you will build skills and expertise in your software engineering discipline to meet the standard expectations for the applicable role as defined in Professional Communities. Collaboration and teamwork with other software engineers and stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Works autonomously with minimal supervision. - Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment. - Leads the activities of a team for software design and software development. - Proactively understands internal/external client needs and offers advice. - Assesses and adapts to project issues, formulates innovative solutions, and works under pressure. - Drives the team to succeed against technical and commercial goals. - Manages costs for specific project/work areas. - Explains difficult concepts to various audiences. - Motivates team members and establishes informal networks with key contacts. **Qualifications Required:** - Fully competent in your area with a deep understanding of related programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. - Able to act as a key contributor and lead the activities of a team. - Capable of understanding internal/external client needs proactively and offering advice. - Skilled in assessing and adapting to project issues, formulating innovative solutions, and working under pressure. - Proficient in driving the team to succeed against technical and commercial goals. - Aware of profitability needs and able to manage costs for specific project/work areas. - Effective in explaining difficult concepts to ensure understanding across various audiences. - Capable of motivating team members and establishing informal networks with key contacts outside your area.,
