About the Role

Senior Node.js Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side applications using

  Node.js

  .
• Build and integrate

  RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

  .
• Work with databases such as

  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

  .
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on

  AWS services

  (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years

  of professional experience with

  Node.js

  in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  API design

  , authentication (OAuth/JWT), and security best practices.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
