As an experienced NodeJS developer with a strong background in AI-powered features and cloud technologies, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced language processing applications. Your role will involve integrating AI frameworks, designing AI Agents, and utilizing vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation. You will also be involved in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of applications in the Banking or Retail domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement AI-powered features such as chatbot interfaces, language understanding, and summarization - Integrate AI frameworks like Langchain and LangGraph into applications for advanced language processing - Design and orchestrate AI Agents for real-world workflows - Architect and automate the build process for production using task runners or scripts - Develop scalable RESTful APIs using NodeJS and ensure high availability - Implement real-time communication using WebSockets - Familiarity with CI/CD principles and troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem - Ensure coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards are followed - Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class solutions - Influence multiple teams on technical considerations and share deep knowledge and experience **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of coding experience in NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript and NoSQL Databases - Hands-on experience with cloud and open source LLMs - Good understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and RAG concepts - Experience with OpenShift or similar container platforms for orchestration and deployment - Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model - Familiarity with ORMs and ODMs like Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose for database interaction - Working knowledge of Azure AI services and CI/CD tools - Experience in Agile methodology and enterprise environments - Excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills for collaboration and communication with senior management This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work collaboratively across teams, drive technical considerations, and ensure the quality of technical architecture and design across the organization.
