Job Description

Lead the Network Operations Center team, optimizing monitoring systems and coordinating 24x7 alert management. Drive improvements in monitoring, incident handling, escalation processes and documentation. Ensure SLA targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Lead NOC operations and teams across shifts; manage escalations and act as technical escalation point for critical incidents.
Optimize monitoring systems and implement automation to reduce alert noise.
Coordinate major incident response, stakeholder communications and post-incident reviews.
Oversee onboarding, training, and mentoring of NOC staff; develop runbooks and SOPs.
Produce daily/weekly status reports and trend analysis for leadership.
Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
Maintain compliance and support audits.

Bachelor s Degree in IT or related field preferred.
2-5 years in NOC, IT support, or application support with team leadership experience.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
