Job Description

Experience in monitoring tools like Solarwinds, SCOM, Grafana, Oracle OEM, TICK stack, OMS (Azure). Preferred - Solarwinds,
Willingness for Night shift
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
3+ years of experience working in 24 x 7 NOC environments.
Working knowledge of IT operations.
Strong knowledge in handling Service Now as ticketing tool
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, software application, and design.
Strong cloud migration and data management skills with an emphasis on data privacy and
security.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment
