Job Description

Role: NOC and User Support Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Shift:

Role Summary:

Candidate will be part of the IT Command Center team, responsible for monitoring internal system dashboards and responding to network, application, and infrastructure alerts. Candidate must be proficient in technical troubleshooting, facilitating bridge lines, and engaging resources to support workloads across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

· Resolve and escalate production/hosting-related issues.

(Solarwinds)

ServiceNow.

· Work with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs.

· Basic Linux and cloud knowledge (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable).

· Strong English written and verbal communication is essential.

· Weekend and shift flexibility required.


Technical Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting in hybrid environments.

Provide support via email, phone, and bridge calls.
