Role Responsibilities

  • Build NLP pipelines for tasks like classification, tokenization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Design text analytics workflows that can scale across multilingual corpora.
  • Implement and fine-tune models using tools like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and spaCy.
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess model performance across diverse datasets.
  • Integrate NLP solutions into larger AI systems, including search and retrieval systems.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to ship scalable, production-grade NLP systems.


Requirements

  • Background in computer science, computational linguistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, PyTorch, and text formats like JSON/JSONL.
  • Experience with NLP tasks such as classification, tokenization, entity recognition, and retrieval.
  • Comfortable working with multilingual corpora and designing evaluation benchmarks.
  • Strong experience with text preprocessing, embedding generation, and model fine-tuning.
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
