Job Description

Position Title & Designation:- Night MOD
Basic Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline preferably in Medical or Hospital Management stream.

Minimum Experience:- 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office, Billing, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance department, making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the hospital policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where ever needed
  • To maintain the team, ensuring that skills and standards are trained, demonstrated and maintained throughout the team.
  • Take a complete facility round every day.
  • Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift (HK, F&B, Attendants, Maintenance, and Security, billing, pharmacy and Front office).
  • Inform all Overnight staff of night activities, new patients and VIP patient’s arrivals
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times in the hospital.
  • Accompanying seniors/authority on daily hospital rounds.
  • To ensure that patient needs are anticipated and all requests are attended.Handle, Follow up and communicate any comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant HODs or manager if unable to handle.
  • Ensuring public areas, patient care areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Coordinate with nursing in-charge and doctors to manage the daily operation or the assigned service area to ensure its smooth running daily.
  • Monitoring and checking the line of work for doctors and nursing staff.
  • Any material / Equipment movement from or in the hospital should be routed through MOD, with his signature on gate pass in absence of unit head.
  • Responsible for managing and transferring equipment's across units.
  • Coordinating for the pickups and drops of international patients.
  • Making HR department aware about any disciplinary action in the hospital.
  • Escalating any serious issue to the management.
  • Ensure hospital HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented within good practice standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,057.56 - ₹30,000.00 per month
