Night Duty Manager(Hospitality)

Job Summary

The Night Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth functioning of all departments. This role involves managing front desk activities, addressing guest concerns, and coordinating with other teams to maintain service standards around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk and night audit operations, ensuring accurate records and reports.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest safety and security procedures are followed during night hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address service needs.
• Monitor occupancy, room rates, and overbooking situations.
• Handle emergency situations according to hotel policies (fire, medical, power outages).
• Prepare and review the daily revenue report and handover to the morning management team.
• Train and guide night shift staff to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Previous hotel supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in front office or night operations.
• Strong leadership, problem

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
