Night Duty Manager(Hospitality)

As the Night Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and the smooth functioning of all departments. Your responsibilities will include supervising front desk and night audit operations, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, and promptly resolving any guest concerns. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain service standards around the clock and ensure that guest safety and security procedures are followed diligently during night hours. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address service needs, monitoring occupancy, room rates, and overbooking situations, and handling emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or power outages in accordance with hotel policies. You will also be tasked with preparing and reviewing the daily revenue report and handing it over to the morning management team, as well as training and guiding night shift staff to uphold high service standards and conducting property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, along with previous supervisory or managerial experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in front office or night operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential qualities that will enable you to excel in this position. This is a full-time job that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector, specifically as a Night Duty Manager and Front Desk Executive. The work location is in person, and a cell phone reimbursement is provided as a benefit.
