Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and compassionate NICU/PICU Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team in Basna, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns and pediatric patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients admitted in NICU/PICU.Monitor patients’ vital signs, oxygen levels, and other clinical parameters.Administer medications, fluids, and nutrition as per physician orders.Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergencies.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and reports.Ensure proper infection control and sterilization practices.Educate and support parents and families regarding patient care and recovery.Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure continuous and quality patient care.

Qualifications & Experience

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in NICU or PICU preferred (Freshers with training may also apply).Strong clinical skills, teamwork ability, and compassionate approach.

Skills Required

Expertise in neonatal and pediatric intensive care protocols.Proficiency in handling ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7 healthcare environment.
