NICU Nurse

As a NICU-trained Staff Nurse at our reputed hospital in Faridabad, your role will involve providing specialized care to premature and critically ill neonates. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing high-quality care to premature and critically ill neonates. - Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring timely feeding as per NICU protocols. - Assisting pediatricians and neonatologists during medical procedures. - Maintaining accurate records of patient conditions and care provided. - Educating and supporting families of newborns regarding neonatal care. - Ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed. - Responding promptly to emergencies and participating in code blue/rapid response protocols. Qualifications required for this position include: - Clinical proficiency in neonatal nursing. - Strong observational and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and monitors. - Ability to remain calm under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
