NGO Outreach & VR Experience Coordinator

The internship opportunity as an NGO Outreach & VR Experience Coordinator is available in Pune and Bhopal. It is a 6-month internship with the potential for a full-time role after the completion of the internship period. The stipend ranges from 5,000 to 8,000 per month along with travel reimbursement for any visits made during the internship. The internship begins immediately. As an Intern for the NGO's Virtual Reality (VR) Experience Program, your role will involve supporting and eventually leading outreach efforts. This includes coordinating free VR experiences for underserved groups in orphanages and senior citizen homes, as well as organizing paid experiences for contributing organizations. You will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative social initiative that brings immersive technology to those in need. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying orphanages, senior citizen homes, and care centers, establishing relationships, pitching both free and paid VR experience sessions, traveling to different locations with volunteers to deliver live VR experiences, organizing and leading volunteer teams, coordinating logistics, collecting feedback, and maintaining engagement records. Additionally, you will represent the NGO professionally and passionately in all communications. We are seeking candidates with a passion for social impact, community work, or tech for good, strong communication and people skills, comfort with technology (prior VR experience not required), willingness to travel as needed, self-motivation, reliability, and readiness to take ownership of tasks.
