Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fundraising Officer based in Salem, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Fundraising Officer will focus on developing and executing effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's initiatives. Core responsibilities include researching potential donors, building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors, organizing fundraising campaigns and events, writing grant proposals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant reporting requirements.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and craft compelling messages for diverse audiences
Experience in Philanthropy and Charities, including donor relations and developing fundraising initiatives
Well-honed Organization Skills to manage fundraising activities, campaigns, events, and reporting processes effectively
Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and best practices is beneficial
Passion for advancing healthcare accessibility and improving community well-being
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field preferred
