Job Description

Your Role

Administer and optimize the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience.
Configure dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive endpoint monitoring.
Perform incident analysis and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell/Python.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

Your Profile

Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink platform (installation, configuration, dashboards, alerts).
Expertise in endpoint monitoring, incident analysis, and performance optimization.
Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with PowerShell/Python scripting for automation.
