Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop workflow-based solutions using

• Perform

• Integrate Newgen solutions with other enterprise applications via APIs, web services, or

connectors.

  Newgen OmniFlow/OmniDocs platform

suggest improvements.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, project deadlines, and

Required Skills & Experience:

• 23 years of experience with

  Newgen BPM suite

  , including

  OmniFlow, OmniDocs, or

OmniApp

• Strong understanding of

  workflow design and automation concepts

  .
• Proficiency in

  Java/J2EE

  ,

  JavaScript

  , and

  SQL

  .
• Experience with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  integration.
• Knowledge of

  document management systems (DMS)

  and process automation.
• Familiarity with

  SDLC processes

  ,

  Agile methodology

  , and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Ability to debug and optimize workflows for better performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with

  RPA tools

  (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) integrated with Newgen

workflows.

• Knowledge of

  cloud deployments

  (AWS, Azure) for Newgen-based applications.
• Understanding of

  BPMN 2.0

  standards and workflow modeling.
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  and DevOps practices.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
