New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

As a coordinator for daily operations between the delivery and pre-delivery inspection teams, your role is crucial in ensuring vehicles are delivered punctually and in top condition to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the movement of bikes within showrooms, warehouses, service centers, delivery centers, and customer locations. Key Responsibilities: - Extracting data from the sales team and systems to generate delivery reports - Proactively planning and preparing for delivery and pre-delivery activities - Creating and organizing work schedules for the Delivery/Pre-Delivery teams to ensure adequate coverage within available resources - Collaborating with the Parts Department to maintain an appropriate inventory of complimentary/gift items provided to customers upon car delivery - Ensuring adherence to Dealer Retail Standards and internal policies at all times Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in coordinating delivery operations is preferred - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with different teams - Familiarity with inventory management practices - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards In addition to the outlined responsibilities, please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
