New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

The job involves coordinating the daily operation between the delivery and pre-delivery inspection teams to ensure the vehicles are delivered to the appropriate place at the required time and in the proper condition. This is essential to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role also includes coordinating activities related to the movement of bikes in various locations such as showrooms, warehouses, service centers, delivery centers, and customer locations. The job holder will be responsible for extracting data from the sales team and the system to prepare delivery reports. Proactive planning for the delivery and pre-delivery activities is also a key aspect of this role. Planning and organizing work schedules of the delivery and pre-delivery teams to ensure sufficient coverage at all times within the available resources is crucial. Furthermore, the job holder will liaise with the Parts Department to ensure the appropriate inventory of complimentary or gift items given to customers upon the delivery of cars is maintained. It is important to ensure the proper application of Dealer Retail Standards and internal policies at all times. This is a full-time position that requires the job holder to work in person.,
