Role Description

Develop proto for new products and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet market needs and ensure orders.

New Product Development:

• Develop proto for all verticals like Stallion 4x4, 6x6, Super stallion 6x6, Light platform vehicles, Medium & Heavy Armoured vehicles, Buses, Light Armoured Vehicles & special purpose vehicles like CFT, TFF, containers and etc.

Program:

• Coordinate activities with various agencies and departments involved

i)PROG ii) PD iii) ALDS QC iv) SERVICE and v) MKTING, Customer, Vendor & DGQA

Tender:

• Tender mapping, compiling response from body builders and submitting final compliance and pre bid queries to marketing & quotes for approvals.

BOM Costing & PO:

• Verify BOM for super structure at BB ends. Cross check of BOPs values with sub-vendor.

·      Cost Reduction - Analyse cost difference of same product from two sub-vendors.

·      Multiple vendor development for critical components. 

• Super Structure PO generation for various BBs by coordinating with various agencies and systems involved in this process.
• Following up and managing the ASN, GRN and payment cycles for various FBS products. 

Qualifications

·      Minimum Degree: B.E

·      Minimum Years of experience: 5 Years
